Our expertise in development, finance, construction, and property management make us uniquely qualified for any neighborhood revitalization project. We currently have three developments underway and manage over 6,000 units of affordable housing. We have outstanding finance and compliance teams with extensive involvement in the HOPE VI program and experience with Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mechanisms, tax-exempt bonds, and tax credits. And our understanding of the importance of successful partnerships among the developer, public housing authorities, community development corporations, residents, project investors, and other key stakeholders makes us an invaluable member of the project team.
